Maximum participants per country:
- Level 3 maximum 4 starters and 1 backup (if the time table allow 5 starters 1 back up can start) One week after closing the entries the decision will be made if back up can start. The World Champion of the previous World Championship (level 3) is invited to defend his title and count as an extra competitor for his team, so his team goes to 5 starters and 1 backup.
- Level 2 1 starter and 1 back up ( who start only when the starter of his country cannot start)
- Level 1 1 starter and 1 back up ( who start only when the starter of his country cannot start)
